  • How can I use the service?
    Choose which bouquet/cake you want to send > Check-out > Note a time and date for delivery & Write the address > Payment > Done!
  • Do you take special requests?
    Yes we do! We can start from scratch to arrange special presents for your loved ones. We can order customized cakes/flowers and give you ideas about presents depending on the receipients. Click here to find out more about customized gifts and let's plan a surprise together!
  • Can I send something else with the gifts ordered from Giftorea?
    We can add special products that are not being sold on our website. As long as you have purchased something else, we can help you add other products to your order. Please keep in mind that we will charge 30% of total price of the item or US $15 for the products under $50. The additional charge will cover the search and packaging of the item as well as payable local taxes. Delivery charges will be applied depending on the weight of the items.
  • What's the opening hours of Giftorea?
    Our customer service is available between 9:30AM to 6:00PM (Korea time) but you can always leave us an email at support@giftorea.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Opening hours for other services are as shown below: Delivery hours: 12:00PM to 8:00PM Product order: For 24 hours Same day delivery order: By 5:00PM
  • Where do you deliver?
    Currently, we only deliver within Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. To request a gift delivery to any other regions within Korea, please email us at support@giftorea.com. We are happy to help!
  • How are my gifts delivered? (Hand-courier vs Standard courier)
    Flowers and cakes (when ordered together with flowers) are delivered by hand-courier which will arrive on your chosen date with 100% certainty. For all other gifts, they will be delivered through our courier partners like Korea Post Office, CJ, and Logen. For gifts that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery chosen by you is tentative. Your order may be delivered prior or after the chosen date of delivery.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Standard gift delivery by post: $10 (extra charge depending on the volume of the gifts) Hand-courier delivery starts from $20 within Central Seoul (Gangnam), additional charge will apply for Non-Gangnam Area in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon ($25-35).
  • Do you do same day delivery?
    No, unfortunately we do not do same day delivery. Please plan early and enjoy our beautiful gift delivery in time for your special day.
  • How early do I need to make an arrangement?
    For next-day delivery or any other pre orders, we recommend our customers to make an arrangement at least 2 days in advance. If you would like to request for a combined delivery of multiple gifts to a same address, please make your order at least 4 days in advance.
  • Can I choose the time of delivery?
    We currently do not provide the option to choose the exact time of delivery. However, you can let us know your preferred delivery time and we can typically deliver within a 3-4 hour range of that time.
  • Can I order multiple gifts to send them together as a combined delivery?
    Yes, you can. We provide a combined hand-delivery service for USD $25 when you check out. For this service, please make your order at least 4 days in advance. If you order multiple gifts but without the combined delivery service, each item will be sent individually by our respective courier services.
  • I want to send gifts to my favorite singer (e.g. K-pop idols). If I don't know the address what should I do?
    It's better to contact the agency first to ask whether they receive presents on behalf of the artist. Some do and others don't. If you don't know the address of the agency, we can help you by searching for the relevant Korean website.
  • How do I make payment?
    We provide three payment methods at Giftorea. During check-out, you can choose which one you would like to use. (1) Paypal (2) Credit/Debit card (2Checkout) (3) Korean bank transfer Name: 기프토리아 (김나영) Account: 1002 242 787414 Bank: WOORI BANK Please use your Order ID (E.g. XXXX) as the payment reference. Upon receiving the final amount, the order will be processed and delivered. For exchange currency: USD $1 = approximately KRW 1,180 Won
  • What is Giftorea's return policy?
    As flowers and cakes are perishable products, no return is allowed for our products. However, in an incorrect or defective product has been sent, please contact us at support@giftorea.com.
  • What is Giftorea's refund policy?
    Our refund policy ensures your online purchase is hassle-free and we try our best to guarantee that you receive excellent service. Our refund policy is applicable for the below cases. Product not delivered Mismatch of the delivered product with the description on the website However, we do not guarantee refunds for cases where: Flowers, cakes or other gift products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product Cancellation/modification requests to a Domestic order made less than 24 hours prior to the date of delivery In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.
  • What is Giftorea's refund process?
    Refund process in 3 easy steps: Customer should raise a refund request within 3 days from the delivered date Email us with a subject “Refund Request [Order Number] and attach at least 3 photo that shows the condition of the product and provide explanation for the refund request After verifying all the order information, we process the request for refund within 48-72 hours

  • How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?
    If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at support@giftorea.com For any change/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order is already out for delivery or has been prepared for delivery, we will not be able to cancel it or make changes.
  • What if the product I ordered is no longer available?
    While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items like flowers and baskets delivered by the local florist. Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of quality gifts, fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true. Items may be substituted in the following cases: If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible Sometimes, in cases like flowers or cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers
  • When can I receive the gift voucher?
    The voucher will be sent within 3 hours upon purchase during Giftorea opening hours (9:30-6:00pm). After opening hours, the voucher will be sent within 24 hours.
  • How do you send the gift voucher to the receipient?
    The voucher will be directly sent to the receipient via MMS or direct link share.
  • Is it going to be exactly the same flowers as shown in the picture when delivered?
    Our florists go to the flower market every two days and order the most fresh imported flowers of the day. Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are unavailable, the florist will substitute with a similar flower in the same shape, style and colour. But, we do PROMISE that it is FRESH and similar style.
  • What are the different sizes of flowers?
    For most flower items, each bouquet can be customized in four different sizes as shown below.
  • Is it going to be exactly the same cake as shown in the picture when delivered?
    If you order a cake for the same day delivery, there is a chance that certain cakes will not available. If this is the case, we will send similar flavor cakes that cost the same or more than what you ordered.
  • Can you send the card with the product I ordered?
    Yes, if you send us the content of the letter, we can write/print it and send together with the products you ordered.
